2012 Rental Rates

Weekly Rentals (run from Sat - Sat)
$900.00 (in-season June 16 - Sept. 3)
$750.00 (out-of-season April - June 16, Sept. 4- Oct. 31)

Memorial & Labor Day Weekend:
$450.00/weekend (additional nights are $125/night)

Weekends (as available - 2 night min.):
$125.00/night (in season June - Aug)
$85.00/night (out-of season April-May, Sept-Oct.)

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
Check-out Time: 12:00 NOON
Later check-out times available on weekends

Deposit:
$250 non-refundable deposit required to hold weekly reservation, balance due upon arrival. Deposit may be refunded (unless within 30 days of reservation), if owner can re-rent canceled week.
$100 deposit required for all other reservations.
