We have three beautiful cottages available in Silver Lake and have been renting properties to happy customers for 20 years. We invite you to build lasting memories with family & friends at this unique place in Michigan!

Beech House gets its name from the large Beech tree by the cottage. This is a new rental property but not new to us. It has been in Sean’s family for 40 years. It is in the downtown area of Silver Lake with walking access to everything. The cottage also includes use of association pool, playground and picnic area. Remodeled about 10 years ago to add a great room that is open to the kitchen, large deck and steps down to the dock on Hunter’s Creek. Sleeps 8, pet-friendly.

Golden View has been in our family since 1984. It is located in a lake-front neighborhood on the western end of Silver Lake (“the quiet side”), near Mac Woods Dune Rides & Whippy Dip. It has a nice sunny large lot, views of Silver Lake & the Dunes and private lake access including dock privileges. Sleeps 6.

Liddy House gets its name from its original owners Charlie & Liddy Gruber (we have owned it 10+ years now). It is super cute & quaint, with exposed beams, sun porch and split stone fireplace. It is located ½ mile west of the State Park & near the former Floradale Resort. This property has a large lot with public lake access a short walk away. Sleeps 8, pet friendly.
